Sales Advisor with Estonian Language

Webhelp OÜ is looking for a Sales Advisors. If you master Estonian and Russian language and have great communication skills, then this job offer is excellent opportunity for you.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Product sales, order support
• Customer service via chat
• Online shopping consultations
• Welcoming customers, understanding customer needs to solve issues, providing solutions
• Ensure that customer and product information are accurately documented in required tools and databases

Our requirements are:

• Fluent Estonian language skills, both written and spoken
• Preferably 1 year working experience in similar position
• Excellent telephone manner (communication, listening and social skills)
• Basic digital knowledge, smartphones and software applications 
• Russian language skills will be considered as advantage
