COMPLIANCE & SECURITY SPECIALIST

This is brand new role in the organization! Compliance & Security Specialist ensures that Game Presenters are monitored and evaluated based on performance and appearance guidelines. Supervise premises and all departments to ensure that staff follows internal policies, procedures, and rules in order to secure the integrity of the games and company.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Document and investigate any suspicious activities or behavior, reporting, coordinating with Compliance & Security Manager.
• Studio and office monitoring, having general overview of all activities and movements in the premises.
• Evaluating Game Presenters according to the evaluation criteria. Following steps of the process and adding adequate and clear comments to the evaluation grades.
• Keeping him/herself up to date regarding general appearance standards, performance criteria and dealing style.
• Communication with people from different departments giving overview to team leads regarding team members performance and appearance.

Requirements

• Very good communication and English skill (C1)
• Precision and eye for details
• High work ethics and ability to keep confidential data
• Constructive feedback giving skills
• Willingness to work in all shifts - morning, afternoon, night shifts
• Good computer user skills (MS programs)
• Planning and organizing skills
