Agile Product Owner/Team manager with passion for HR

Paying our salaries and keeping good control over the persons in Swedbank is an important process for all of us employees. These HR processes in EE, LV and LT are supported by a Cross functional team managing the Oracle HRMS system. As our current Agile Product Owner and Team Manager will be on parental leave January 2021 - late of 2022 we now need a replacement!

With us you have the opportunity to:

• Be part of Baltic HR and Payroll important deliveries and help stakeholders with prioritization; 
• Collaborate with other teams in HR Group wide initiatives;  
• Ensure secure and compliant service deliveries according to Swedbank principles;
• Help the team for building right capabilities and competence to the right roles;
• Ensure team member's well-being via good people management: guidance, leadership, coaching, recruitment, resource planning, organizing team events etc;

• Experience as Service Provider, preferably Product Owner;
• Leadership experience and strong team player skills;
• Understanding of a complex IT-landscape, preferably with academic degree in IT or equivalent;
• Good knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe etc) and prioritazing between different business needs;
• Excellent communication skills in English and one of the local languages (Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian), both in writing and speech.
