Call center specialist

We are looking for Danish- and Swedish-speaking operators for our digital unit!

We are looking for those who speak Danish or Swedish and who want to work for the Swedish call center company, Samres. Here you will be part of a digital unit where you work from your home office.

The services include booking transports or providing customer service of various kinds. Bookings and certain services are provided by phone, e-mail and via chat. The work is performed in various bookingsystems on the computer.

• the ability to speak and write in Danish or Swedish
• be able to work from your home office
• be able to have flexible working hours
• be prepared to work for six months or longer
• previous experience in customer services is merited

You will receive certain tools from the company to aid you in your work.

You have a manager and other colleagues in the digital unit with whom you "meet" digitally and collaborate.

Flexibility in working from home either full-time or part-time, weekdays, weekends or evenings based on a set schedule.

We employ for a period of 6 months and more, starting with a probation period with max 4 months. An internal training program will be provided within the company.
