Vehicle Maintenance Manager

Our e-scooters team is looking for a Vehicle Maintenance Manager to develop and maintain vehicle maintenance practices and spare part management.

• Develop, implement and optimise best vehicle maintenance practices globally using lean and operational excellence methods, including diagnosis, maintenance, charging stations
• Drive adoption of these best practices via training and audit methods
• Looking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costs
• Work closely with local and HQ Business and Hardware teams to exceed targets by reducing maintenance time of vehicles, control warehouse in and outflow and ensure highest quality and control of repairs
• Coordinating the completion of complex repairs
• Together with local city teams, being responsible for spare parts planning, usage, forecasting, and ordering
• Develop and maintain SOPs for warehouse setup, work processes, tools and quality standards
• Develop and maintain vehicle repair guidelines, manage a database of respective documents and videos
• Analyse the use and quality of spare parts and make suggestions on improvements
• Be in contact with suppliers to communicate any spare part related quality or development issues

• Previous experience on technical maintenance, diagnostics and testing (preferably in scooter, bicycles, automotive or electronic repair industries)
• Basic knowledge of electricity and electronics working principles
• Understanding how to assemble and disassemble a product
• High attention to detail
• Experience on team managing, setting reporting processes and audit checks
