Estonian and Russian speaking Customer Service Advisors (temporary job)

Webhelp OÜ is looking for a Customer Service Advisors. 

The candidates we are looking for have excellent communication and listening skills, are good problem solvers and like to help people. Customer Service Advisors answer questions and take care of customer complaints via phone and e-mailwith the goal of ensuring a positive customer experience.

Additional information

The job is available from 23rd of November until 31st of December, 2020. Working hours are from 0800 – 2000, Monday to Sunday. The duration of the shifts is 8 – 11 hours.

Willingness to help and solve requests;

Fluent Estonian, both verbal and written;

Good command of English and Russian;

Very good communication and interpersonal skills;

Patience, positive attitude, friendliness and willingness to help;

Previous experience in customer service will be considered as an advantage.

Hourly salary of 4,50 EUR gross;
