Job Description

New Product Introduction (NPI) process Engineering support, both internally and externally
Preparation of all needed documentation for NPI proto-builds
Coordination of Engineering services and Technology resources during proto-builds, reporting results and production start-up preparation
Coordination of manufacturing process development using relevant quality tools and procedures
Participation in trainings of production key persons during proto builds and NPI activities
Decision making in case of non-conformity findings during proto builds to continue manufacturing process after non-conformity elimination
Lead engineering changes and verifications
Support and attend customer meetings and customer process reviews/audits
Lead and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Mass production support in agreed area of responsibility

Higher education in the field of electronics, telecommunication engineering or similar
Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes
Language skills: English, Russian
Organisational skills
Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (FMEA, PPAP etc) is a plus
Experience with ERP systems is a plus
