Supply Chain Team Leader

Job Description

  • Supply chain process management, coordination and planning.
  • Ensuring results and organising effective work in your team.
  • Organisation of store orders and inventory optimisation, promotional activities, KPI analysis and improvements.
  • Optimisation of supply chain processes and making sure that the department functions successsfully.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field (Supply Chain, Retail, Purchasing) and experience in leading a team.
  • Finished higher education.
  • Excellent knowledge of Estonian and English, proficiency in German and/or Russian is an advantage.
  • Great analytical skills, attention to detail, flexibility and good people management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with MS Office programs.
  • B-category drivers licence.
  • Willingness to go for a training abroad for up to 6 months (according to restrictions).
