Trading Manager

As Trading Manager you will oversee the Trading department in Tallinn office and take responsibility for the department´s performance in all verticals. You will ensure excellent delivery of the entire trading portfolio being handled in Tallinn.

Trading Manager is managing people and production plans, your ability to balance both is important. Supporting your team personal development and productivity growth is highly valued. Secondly, you will be managing development plan for the team, understanding the production and current capabilities of the team. On regular basis you will be monitoring product performance, analyzing it and have a responsibility to make changes to trading strategies if needed.

You will be working with Sports Desk Managers, different internal stakeholders in but also interacting with customers on a level that creates confidence in the product. Trading Manager reports to and works closely with Head of Trading. 

Your responsibilities:

• People management to support personal development of trading vertical members and meeting product set standards
• Managing development plan for the team to align the team capability with production goals
• Managing production goals and aligning these with budget goals
• Continuous monitoring of the product performance and analyzes
• Collaboration with Sports Desk Managers to track all teams development
• Communication with customers to create confidence in our product
• Understanding competitors and content providers
