Senior Product Manager – Operations, Scooters

We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join Bolt’s team in Tallinn, our headquarters.

In this role you will be responsible for improving the efficiency of Bolt's global scooters operations. You will take complete ownership of the operations apps and back office tools. You will collaborate closely with local teams to understand their pain points and find areas for improvement. You will work directly with a strong development team to ship solutions for different markets and collaborate with other product teams to support company wide initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

• You will have end-to-end ownership of the scooters collector app, warehouse manager app, and back office tools.
• Define short- and long-term vision and roadmap for operations efficiency tools and be responsible for executing it.
• Work with local teams to understand their problems and solve them.
• Undertake research and analyse data to make informed product decisions.
• Work closely with other product teams and clearly communicate plans, insights, data, and results to wider organisation and decision-makers across Bolt.
