Job Description

As a Lead Analyst in the campaigns team, you will be playing a key part in fueling our rocket growth and bringing Bolt to new heights.

How? You’ll be leading campaign spending decisions for your assigned region, working with a variety of stakeholders between local and central teams to tie together a cohesive campaigns strategy and determining the right spend decisions to drive sustainable growth and balance marketplace dynamics. On top of that, you’ll be guiding junior analysts for the region in spotting opportunities and making the right calls for their markets. To succeed at all of this, you’ll need a powerful combination of skills: the ability to see the big picture but be equally able to drill down to the details when necessary, ease with data, strong communication skills and ideally some experience with coaching others. If this sounds like you, you might just be the gem we’ve been looking for. You have the opportunity to have a real impact on the world we live in, don’t pass it up…

What you'll be doing:

  • Own campaign spending decisions for your assigned region and optimising such decisions to help the team reach their targets
  • Wrangle complex data-sets to come up with testing hypotheses, setting up A/B tests (and other experiments) and analysing results using statistical techniques in order to guide your decision making
  • Proactively working together with Expansion Managers, Marketing, Operations and local teams to drive collaboration and get the most out of our investments
  • Identify new investment opportunities and come up with new features or offers for our product team to work on by bringing insights to the table
  • Coach junior analysts for the region in driving the same growth in their markets and professional development
