We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate, Technical Solutions Engineer to join the team here at Genius Sports Media and be responsible for supporting a unique proprietary ad serving application focused primarily within the online gaming industry.
The Technical Solutions Engineer is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with clients, uncovering their requirements, and being involved from the early stages of high-profile commercial opportunities to post-sale and implementation. This will include handling client requests over via different means of communication, including emails, chats, calls, etc. Whilst the focus is servicing the application itself, solutions often require research and creative thinking, utilizing many different diagnostic tools and technologies (cross browser support, JavaScript, HTML) and troubleshooting common problems associated with http:// communication with 3rd party systems.
Successful applicant must be able to demonstrate first class customer service skills and be able to work on their own initiative. You will also be able to document and log issues from clients to our development team. We are looking for a candidate who wants to grow within the firm and possibly have aspirations towards front-end web development. You will be a self-starter and have lots of enthusiasm.
