Influencer Marketing Manager

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to oversee partnerships with social media influencers, helping to grow Bolt brand reach and drive demand worldwide.

As part of our HQ marketing team, you’ll be responsible for developing a strategy for globally engaging influencers to accelerate user acquisition through social media campaigns and other forms of collaboration. You’ll be working closely with local teams in 15+ countries to uncover the best campaign opportunities and execute both local and global partnerships.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop & implement strategies to drive acquisitions via influencer campaigns
• Build long-term relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
• Ensure that all our partnerships are up to the highest standards and align with our brand values
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns and report on results
• Cooperate with other local and performance marketing teams to create and execute cohesive marketing strategies and campaigns
• Collaborate with brand, legal, finance and other cross-functional teams for campaign approval and risk mitigation
• Track, monitor, and optimize performance against key KPIs
• Analyze the ROI of campaigns and find new ways to effectively amplify Bolt’s key messages and reach a wider audience

• 3+ years of marketing experience working with influencers or a related field
• Proven track record of driving projects from conception through implementation on-scale
• The right candidate will bring a balance of data-driven and strategic thinking, as well as creativity
• Collaboration skills to manage and coordinate projects with a global, cross-functional team
• Knowledge of performance marketing space and direct response KPI’s
• Experience with Paid Social advertising (Facebook, Instagram, etc) is a plus
• Data-driven and customer-centric approach to tracking and analyzing campaign results
• A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
• Solid experience of Excel/ Google Sheets or similar tools
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
