·Failure analysis for PCBA’s, Variable Speed Drives and other electronical components

· Determine and follow-up corrective actions to eliminate quality issues

· Build fixtures and design new methods to improve fault finding process

· Improve PCBA related processes and procedures Create technical reports

• Higher education in electronics or power electronics
• Common knowledge of product and process development
