Job Description

  • Manage and optimize the spend for the whole eolane Tallinn factory
  • Choose, assess and develop the supplier base under your scope of responsibilities
  • Initiate and lead Procurement related improvement projects
  • Improve Procurement value chain by focusing on total cost of ownership
  • Provide accurate and timely Procurement related reports and data for key stakeholders
  • Be a leader for your team and make sure that team members are motivated and have clear work objectives
  • Be proactive in a team enrichment process including searching for new talents

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in supply chain management or any similar field
  • At least 5 years of experience on similar position (electronics manufacturing is an advantage)
  • Ability to identify and solve problems effectively
  • Experience of working with a wide variety of people on any corporate levels 
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Advanced in MS Office particularly Excel
  • Proficient in English and Estonian, Russian or French is an advantage
