Production engineer

As a production engineer you are responsible for supervising and improving production, to oversee production processes and ensure strong execution and continual improvement between product engineering and production.

In this position you'll be:
- overseeing production drawings/specifications, ensuring producibility in quality, safe & overall efficient manner
- investigating problems, analyzing root causes & deriving resolutions in & for production
- performing engineering analysis to reduce downtime & outages
- developing improved production process & drafting best practices
- staying current with product specifications, engineering technology & manufacturing processes

We expect:
- a degree in Engineering (preferably Master’s) & proficiency in Mechanical Engineering
- proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (Functions & Queries, Scripts/Macros are beneficial)
- experience with ERP
- SQL, R and/or Python are highly beneficial
- sharp analytical & problem-solving skills
- Estonian & English language skills
- ability to work occasionally outside normal office hours due to differing time zones within company
- ability to travel mainly in Europe & the US
