Job Description

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
• Manage stakeholder relationship.
• Review, propose efficiency of processes.
• Follow up on performance, cost and quality through target and KPI measurements.
• Manage financials and targets of the unit.
• Implement new services and secure staffing.
• To be spokesman for the department.
• To be proactive in selling its concept and advantages to different units in the Nordic countries.
• Coach and support your Team Leaders in their daily challenges.

Requirements

YOU ARE A SUITABLE CANDIDATE IF:
• You have substantial business acumen and strong leadership skills in addition to strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• You have higher education.
• You have 3-5 years management experience, preferably in an international company.
• You are fluent in English and be able to understand Finnish or any Scandinavian language.
