Job Description

• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls;
• Scheduling meetings, maintaining the calendar;
• Travel support: booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation;
• Preparing contracts, invoices, reports and other documents;
• Ensuring maintenance of office activity;
• Organization of seminars and training;
• Using and maintaining of CRM, entering and updating customer information;
• Communication with management and employees of foreign branches.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in similar position;
• Higher education;
• Advanced computer skills, MS Office;
• Fluent spoken and written English and Estonian;
• Category B driving license;
• Reliable, well-organized, demonstrating flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Ability to work effectively, including recognizing and solving problems, without active supervision
