Job Description

TASKS:
• Coordinating matter related to mission travel and accommodation planning, reservations and bookings for staff members, Informing staff members of any changes such as cancelled flights and arranging alternatives
• Ensuring clear and timely information and instructions on travel and reimbursement matters
• Assisting staff members to prepare Travel Orders and Statement of expenses files, monitoring and following-up travel reimbursements.
• Providing general administrative support.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
• Secondary education with 3 years of proven professional experience
• Very good knowledge of English
• Supportive and helpful personality with service oriented attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to cooperate smoothly in the multicultural environment
• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Knowledge of Estonian/ French would be an asset
