PRODUCT MANAGER

• To have an in-depth knowledge on BAUMIT products and systems.
• Gather and accumulate company’s product competence.
• Provide trainings and seminars for other colleagues, partners, architects, etc.
• Good relationship management with architects and “prescription” sales activities.
• Company and product representation in conferences, seminars and mass media.
• Support other departments with product and market knowledge.
• Cooperate with colleagues in HQ and other countries.

• Higher education, preferably in the one of the following areas: Construction, Engineering, Product design, Architecture or similar.
• Knowledge of the Estonian construction market legislation will be an advantage.
• Similar job experience.
• Fluency in English and Russian (written and spoken).
• Ability to gather and process information.
• Ability express initiative and have “hands on” approach.
• Ability to read situation and plot own agenda.
• Ability to work in a highly performing team.
• Ability to speak in front of the people.
• Very good computer literacy.
• Driver license (B category).
• Ability to work "home office".
