Truck driver recruiter

- Direct sourcing and recruitment of best international truck drivers, being in line with our outstanding culture of safety and reliability
- Explore creative methods of sourcing qualified candidates: both online through social media as well as offline (own network of drivers, organize truck driver events etc.), no intermediaries
- Review and process applications of prospective hires and determine if the applicant is qualified
- Conduct telephone and personal interviews with prospective candidates daily
- Explain the company’s operating policy and safety standards
- Maintain and expand a pool of candidates
- Complete pre-hire files, contracts, paperwork and background checks on candidates
- Close collaboration with Bertschi Operations Management for field-tests
- Job location: Flexible within the country of work location (Poland, Ukraine, Estonia and Lithuania)

- Previous experience in a similar job profile, ideally in an international environment
- Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field as an advantage
- Enjoy field work and partial travelling
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and competing deadlines
- Winning character with outstanding communication skills
- Structured and well-organized, solid computer skills
- Basic English or German skills required, fluent in local language (Polish, Ukrainian, Estonian, Lithuanian), depending on country of work location, additional languages are a plus
