Quality Assurance Project Manager (HACCP)

• Install, maintain, and develop a HACCP own-control system.
• Consult employees on the HACCP based documentation.
• Prepare and execute the mandatory documentation.
• Prepare reports and action plans for managers.
• Develop and install hygiene and cleaning program.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory documentation.
• Communicate closely with public authorities, respective associations; get the required permissions, certificatory documents selling foodstuffs, bio-products, alcohol and tobacco products, etc.

• Higher education (majoring for example in Biomedicine, Public Health or Food Science).
• Experience in related field for at least 1 year.
• Knowledge of Estonian and EU legislation regulating food safety and quality.
• Proficient handling of MS-Office.
• Eagerness to work independently & in a team.
• Very good Estonian and English language skills, German and Russian language skills are an advantage.
• Availability to go for a training abroad approximately for 3 months.
• B-category driving license.
