Office Coordinator

We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join us at Pernod Ricard Estonia! You will be reporting to our CEO but play a dual role in the company by handling office maintenance and assisting our Sales and Marketing departments.
You will be:
• Overall responsible for the office meaning overseeing housekeeping and hospitality, corporate events, preparation for guests’ visits, ordering office supplies, managing IT and PR Estonia travel admin, courier and mail, conference/meetings assistance etc.
• Back up for the Sales Assistant
• A support in contract management, data management and information translation
• Responsible for our Sustainability and Responsibility work.
• Responsible for archiving and POS warehouse management
• In cooperation with Finance to manage the office product inventory

Other ad hoc task will also be a part of this position.

We want you to:
• Have a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience with similar tasks
• Be fluent in Estonian and English in both speech and writing. Understanding/writing in Russian is desired but not required.

Even more important for this role is who you are! To be able to become our Office Coordinator we need you to be self-confident and a great team player, both at the same time. This is a key role within administration and support and for this you need to be able to prioritize and handle many different tasks. Your colleagues are your number one customer!
