Trades Helper

- Assists skilled technicians in all maintenance and repair work throughout all facilities including the Chancery, grounds and properties.
- Provides assistance to the technicians in routine mechanical, carpentry, electrical, plumbing maintenance and preventive maintenance, repairs and installations.
- Assists in various manual tasks such as: demolition work, painting, plumbing, carpentry work, routine and preventive maintenance, and general cleanup of work areas, and common use areas of the Chancery and grounds.
- Performs tasks such as common laborer work, material handling, snow removal, grounds maintenance and gardening work.

- Completion of secondary school.
- A minimum of two (2) years of maintenance or construction semi-skilled work experience in skilled trades such as mechanical, electrical, carpentry and plumbing.
- Good working knowledge of English and Estonian, basic knowledge of Russian.
- A valid B-category driver's license for a minimum of five years and minimum age of 25.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 kilos.
- Must be able to use typical hand tools, small handheld power tools, gardening tools and ladders.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Must be organized and able to communicate orally and in writing with colleagues and customers.

- Gross salary from 1000 to 1400 EUR per month
