QUALITY ENGINEER in electronics manufacturing

We are urgently looking for our client factory in Tallinn QUALITY ENGINEER
whose to be responsible of the quality assurance during production and its development.
You already have several years of experience working in electronics industry, e.g. as production engineer, and you understand the meaning of high quality both from the manufacturing process and customer satisfaction perspectives.
You hold yourself accountable for all your actions, you are independent and goal-oriented. Root cause analyses as well as quality testing methods are familiar to you, and you have a proactive approach in work. LEAN is more to you than just a word.

A good candidate will possess the following qualities:
- technical education in the field of automatics/electronics engineering;
- relevant work experience in the electronics industry;
- english language proficiency and clear communication skills Russian;
- energetic and open personality with excellent communication skills;
- good cooperation skills with customers;
- ability to make decisions and solve problems;
The following will also be beneficial:
- LEAN production and industrial management skills and experience
- experience as a quality engineer
- estonian and/or finnish language proficiency.
