Category Manager

Duties:
• Create, update and control assortment in EE market;
• Select the most effective product sourcing channels and develop suppliers network;
• Negotiate product purchase prices and decide retail prices;
• Estimate sales volumes and plan sales targets and budgets;
• Suggest merchandising solutions and product promotions;
• Develop product after-sales services;
• Ensure product training to retail staff;
• Improve layout of products in the stores;
• Support and guide retail sales of products in the stores.

Must-haves:
• University level education;
• Fluent english and estonian, russian language is advantage;
