Job Description

• Ensuring the accuracy of all personnel-related
documents.
• Support in fulfilling the statutory registration and certification requirements.
• Records and responsibility for Employment relat-ed documents/contracts.
• Efficient and correct processing of administrative and routine personnel data administration.
• Collection and preparation of required information upon management request.

Requirements

• Higher education.
• At least 1 year experience in related field is an
advantage.
• Fluent Estonian and very good English. German and/or Russian language skills are an ad-vantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office usage.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Efficiency working in team as well as individually.
• Ability to prioritize your workload and multi-task in a busy, varied role.
