Financial / accounting manager

• You’ll manage our accounting and finance operations, including the monthly and quarterly close cycle, and supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day accounting activities with high attention to details;
• You´ll handle daily payments, supporting accounting, tax, and compliance-related needs for the business (Partner/Supply/Salary/Rent/etc.);
• Handle emails (Partner/Affiliates/Processing/Bank/etc.);
• Handle customer fraud/refunds adjustments;
• Manage the company’s accounting;
• Directly communicate with our management team.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Knowledge of Estonian laws.
• Highly experienced in accounting.
• Ability to navigate complex situations and personalities.
• Adaptability and commitment to the highest standard of integrity.
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted organization.
• You are a self-starter and work well within a team environment.
• Strong desire to grow and have an aptitude for learning.
• You are comfortable in uncomfortable situations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
