IT Business Analyst

· Business requiments and customer experience analysis, documentation and transformation into features and functions that shape and drive platform/product roadmaps
· Large and complex project ownership, including product design and development
· Continious feature deveploment monitoring and quality assurance at the feature level

· Master or Bachelor in Information Technology or Computer Science
· Minimum of 3 year IT work experience
· Experience in development and integration of IT projects
· Ability to do teamwork, be responsible, show initiative and positive attitude
· Excellent communication skills
· Proficiency in English, Estonian/Russian
· Driving license
