Full responsibility for up to 10 shops
Budget planning and fulfillment in the subordinate shops
Organisation of work in shops
The control of the shops
Training of the new staff

5+ years managerial work experience in the retail (preferably, clothes or footwear)
A Higher or advanced vocational education degree in Business field
Analytical thinking, result-oriented
Insistence on a high standard, integrity
The ability to take on responsibility
An interest in the newest fashion trends
Industriousness, dutifulness
Fluent in Estonian and English or Russian languages
A driver’s licence
The availability to travel in Estonia and on business trips abroad
