Bending Robot Operator

Responsibilities:
Safe operation of robot loads and unloads fixtures and ensures the overall quality of bended parts. Performs quality checks using proper measuring devices during operation.

• Producing sheet metal parts on robotic bending machines.
• Quality of work from the robotic cells.
• Adheres to the production schedule.
• Creating of new programs and optimizing existing programs using Robosoft robot bending software.
• Setting up bending machines according to program
• Productivity. Achieves set standards on efficiency and cycle times.
• Completion of accurate records in ERP system.
• Attendance.
• Neatness of the work center.
• Quality checks using proper measuring devices during operation.
• Cooperation, responsiveness, dependability, and a positive attitude in dealing with others.
• Respects safety, quality and housekeeping policies, company personnel, procedures and practices.
• All other duties as assigned.

• previous experience in bending, strong technical skill and interest in robotics
• Independence and willingness to take responsibility for their actions.
• Good self-management skills
• Respectful communication style
• English communication skills (+ estonian or russian, but it is not decisive)
• Own transportation is needed due location
• Diploma of professional higher education is recommended

• Work in two shifts 6.30-15.00 and 14.55-23.25
