COMPLIANCE PRODUCT MANAGER

- Create and enrich compliance and anti-money laundering product for land-based casinos, slots halls, betting shops and online gambling services;
- Take care of compliance operational processes as part of the product development tasks, so these are created and aligned simultaneously;
- Unify operational processes and product solutions in the field of compliance and anti-money laundering across the countries where Olympic operates;
- Be part of the process of centralising compliance and anti-money laundering functions at the group level;
- Challenge existing technical and operational solutions;
- Be a bridge between compliance and other teams, such as IT, operations, online gambling product etc., while creating or developing technical tools for compliance-related processes;
- Analyse compliance-related data to identify the risks, notify these to stakeholders and adjust tools and processes to mitigate these risks;

- B.A. or equivalent;
- Experience in launching new products – we prefer candidates who have tracked record of building products. It is beneficial if a candidate can code on their own and is experienced in creating products for compliance/AML, finance, fintech or gambling industries;
- Fluent working proficiency in English;
- Ability to be strategic partner for business;
- Ability to set priorities, take responsibility and manage tasks independently;
- Being able to challenge other teams, such as legal/compliance, operations or IT;
- Attention to details;
- Exceptional analytical skills;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- At least basic knowledge of SQL;
