Head of Finance

•Play a business partner role to the Country Director providing sound financial council and clearly thought through financial analysis. Improve the visibility of business performance thereby adding to the Country Director ability to make informed decisions
•Ensure Finance function objectives are aligned to business and group objectives
•Ensure budgets and forecasts are robustly challenged ahead of submission to group and the Northern Europe and Russia team can clearly articulate risks and opportunities.
•Provide inspirational leadership to finance team.Actively develop finance teams to deliver against personal, team and business objectives and ensure high levels of engagement by conducting appraisals and providing day to day support
•Be the custodian of fiscal integrity for the business including all aspects of control and risk.

•+5 years’ experience in a senior finance role•Higher degree educated in finance, business or legal
•Analytical / investigative / curious mindset
•Experience must include operating in a complex blue-chip multi-national environment with a high degree of operational and commercial content
•Fluency in English is essential. Estonian and/or Russian is a plus•Ability to work in lean and fast paced, global environment delivering tangible results
•Demonstrating the ability to take a high level,strategic view while also having the pragmatismand technical knowledge to get involved with the detail.
