B2B Active Sales Manager

Job Description

* Active search for trading partners: calls, visits to potential partners, relationship management;
* Negotiations, signing agreements with trading partners;
* Setting sales targets for partners and supporting them in achieving targets;
* Communication regarding operations with trading partners on daily basis: providing assistance through
company‘s internal systems and tools, onboarding;
* Constant improvement of operations and processes of the newly created sales unit.

Requirements

* 1-2 years of experience in direct sales/worke experience as product manager/sales manager in trading
company;
* You set yourself ambitious goals and enjoy working in a dynamic environment;
* Analytic and proactive mindset and result oriented;
* Estonian and English is a must (written and spoken), knowledge of Russian gives you an advantage;
* Have a driver‘s licence and are a true sales person at heart- we are waiting for you to apply!;
* University degree or higher education.
