IT support specialist

As an IT Support Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the business units who are working with various IT systems - transport management system, warehouse management system and supportive applications.
Your main tasks include:
- Working as 1st level support, resolving of users’ incidents, information requests, service requests;
- Taking part in demand management process and demands realizations;
- Adjusting configurations of our primary IT systems accordingly with business demands;
- Taking part in testing of changes (internal testing, UAT);
- Taking part and leading IT projects;
- Preparing of change/development requests to regional IT support teams.

Your profile
- Practical experience with IT support;
- Basic knowledge of SQL and programming languages;
- Experience with preparation of user documentation (manuals, process descriptions);
- Fluent in Estonian and English;
- Knowledge of transport and logistics would be a big advantage.
