Job Description

Interactive Brokers Group is looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage all phases of the recruiting process for assigned groups. The position’s responsibilities include but are not limited to coordinating kick-off/intake calls with hiring managers, posting positions, sourcing/screening candidates, coordinating interviews and candidate feedback, and closing candidates in the offer stage. The role involves building and maintaining both an online and offline network with potential candidates to promote our brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, the Technical Recruiter will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees.
Additionally, the Technical Recruiter will:
• Conduct active searches for new talent for Interactive Brokers in Estonia and abroad
• Promote the Interactive Brokers brand in hi-tech communities in Estonia and neighbouring countries
• Participate in job fairs and developer conferences to source top IT talent
• Manage the hiring process (dispatching tests, scheduling interviews, follow-up, etc.)

Requirements

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of IT recruiting experience
• A proven (and verifiable) track record in acquiring top IT talent
• Strong communication skills in English, Estonian and Russian
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
• Writing and posting technical job descriptions
• Developing effective strategies for evaluating and sourcing candidates
• Identifying and recruiting high-potential candidates whose skills, culture, motivation and ambition align with our company’s needs
• Maintaining data integrity within an applicant tracking system
• Ensuring a positive and smooth candidate experience
• Engaging in hiring discussions with managers
• Working experience administering technical tests and screening assessments
