Job Description

The ideal profile will support the global sales and marketing management team through an effective (digital) marketing strategy relevant to a B2B organization.

o Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
o Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights
o Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
o Develop and drive to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Xing)
o (Re-)Design and maintain publications (i.e. catalogues) and websites
o Manage company blogs and social media publications
o Good design capability with knowledge of Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Premiere and Illustrator)
o Provide insightful reporting and analysis, demonstrating marketing effectiveness and return on investment, and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
o Maintain and track KPI measurements through social network analytics and google analytics
o Proven professional ability to manage mass email campaigns and create effective/performing email templates.

Requirements

o Bachelor or Master (preference) Degree in Marketing/Communication or equivalent
o A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar (international) position.
o Excellent knowledge of English with strong written/verbal communication skills for producing high quality content and outstanding results.
o Strong affinity with Social Media
o Good verbal communication skills to gather and publish feedback (Audio & Video) from C-level executives
o Strong capability in developing corporate content aligned with the corporate culture and services provided by the company.
o Active listener with strong willingness to learn and succeed

 An important Plus:
o Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
o Capable of setting priorities and working independently
o In addition be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills, including the use of::
 MS Office applications (MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
 CRM exposure, preferably Salesforce CRM
 Google Analytics
 Basic understanding of HTML (CSS) and CMS (WordPress)
 Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Premiere and Illustrator)
