Baltic Digital Sales Manager

As a Baltic Digital Sales Manager, you have primary focus to build and grow digital business in If Insurance, ensuring direct digital channels have a competitive presence in the market, maximizing online traffic and identifying prospects for digital ad sales, working closely with product, web development, content and marketing teams.
You will be also responsible for leading, developing and inspiring the multicultural team of digital experts that has members in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

Suitable candidates for this position are experts in understanding of digital and social media marketing strategies, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Exchange and email marketing. Have higher education, proven managerial and analytical skills and are looking for a rewarding job which will allow them to grow personally and professionally. They are also sales and results driven, organized, ambitious and fluent in Estonian and English.
