Modera Salesfront is SaaS application tailored to vehicle retailers to streamline the vehicle sales process from lead capture to handover. Salesfront has diverse account portfolio ranging from small shops to vehicle wholesalers.
As a Service Manager you will be the primary point of contact for our key accounts. You will own the service quality but you will also participate in delivery projects as a hub of product knowledge evangelizing the implementation best practices.
- Serve as the knowledge hub regarding Salesfront and connected service portfolio.
- Prioritize content and support team activities to ensure high quality of service.
- Proactively assist our clients to maximize ROI from our service offering.
- Initiate development or change requests based on client feedback.
- Constantly improve our service operations to perform the most efficient way.
Essential that you have
- Fluency in Estonian and English language
