Corporate Legal Counsel

Main tasks:
Advising the contract manufacturing department based in
Zurich and related functions as well as Acino Estonia on all
matters of law related to manufacturing and/or packaging
by Acino for third parties, including without limitation:
- drafting, reviewing and consulting on contract
manufacturing agreements, technology transfer agreements,
confidentiality agreements, purchasing, supply and service
contracts;
- development and improvement of relevant templates or
standards;
- provision of related training to the business functions;
- managing and solving related dispute.

Candidate should have at least three years of relevant
professional working experience, should hold a law degree
(Master of Law) and be qualified to practice law in Estonia.
You should be experienced in international business
(preferably in the healthcare industry) and have strong
knowledge of corporate and contract law.
We are searching for a person who is well organized,
reliable, assertive, goal oriented, independent and has
strong negotiation, communication and project management
skills. Excellent English is essential. We hope you will be
prepared to travel regularly, mainly to Switzerland.
