Junior CRM consultant

You will be primarily working with Serenata team based in Munich, Germany. You are responsible for property installation of Transactional Email products, for example You will help with technical configuration of properties, setup of email templates and providing remote trainings to users. Your tasks include communication with clients (via phone, email and remote sessions) and address customer requests. Also, close communication and alignment with project management and escalation to project management in case of potential project risks

We invite you to join us if you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position and You are fluent in English, knowledge of German is a plus. We expect You to be technologically savvy, it´s great if You have User knowledge in Task Management tools and basic HTML and database knowledge. You should have a client-oriented mindset, great communication and problem-solving skills.
