Job Description

You would be the go-to person for all questions and matters related to People and Culture including training, talent acquisition, legal, performance reviews and absence Support management and leadership on all topics related to People and Culture Communicate changes to any policies, programs, structure, benefits, etc. Coordinate onboarding + offboarding of employees HR compliance Help maximize employee value through employee experience and culture Provide insight into organizations decisions about employee planning Work with management to develop and implement a goal-based program for employees Execute team-building events and ensure they contribute to inclusive company culture Support the recruitment process and work with leadership and management to help build a diverse and inclusive team

Requirements

5+ years experience in a Human Resources role Understanding of the local employment laws (Estonia) Understand the benefits of employee engagement and the value of diversity & inclusion for the team You have experience working in startups and are interested in the tech industry You have a hands-on approach Demonstrated dedication to process improvement You are an empathetic person, a great communicator, compassionate, approachable Estonian language skills on a native level Fluent Spoken and written English.
