Job Description

The Nautilus Oyster Bar & Grill is now looking for shift leader/f&b manager/floor manager.
We're quite young, but already highly rated seafood & grill restaurant in the very heart of Tallinn with exclusive concept, great interior, high-class cuisine & wine list and great vibe, team & guests.
Currently we're looking for a professional to join our team in order to lead a shift of FOH staff and to provide our customers friendly and professional service of highest standards.
Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, positive, open-minded person with big smile and passion for restaurants and customer service.

The core responsibilities & duties are:

•Assigning tasks to employees on shift.
•To call in replacements in the event of an employee call-in or no-show. •To greet guests by their arrival
•Managing the bookings and special requests
•Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
•Engaging with customers to ensure they are satisfied with service and products offered.
•Ordering supplies when stock runs low.
•Managing cash intake, counting out registers at regular intervals and tabulating profit at the end of the shift.
•To report losses, employee behavioral issues, serious customer complaints, and other significant issues to upper level management.
•To adhere to and enforces company policies and guidelines.
•To enforce the proper disciplinary measures when subordinate employees fail to adhere to company policy.
•Overseeing employee training sessions.

Requirements

•24+ y.o.
•Proven previous experience in HoReCa including managerial or supervisory experience
•Estonian* & English languages (Russian/Finnish/other languages give you a competitive advantage)•Estonian* & English languages (Russian/Finnish/other languages give you a competitive advantage)
*around 70% of our customers are local estonian-speaking people, that's why we quite strictly require knowledge of Estonian language, but since we're international team, we can also consider candidates speaking only English in case of having proven experience on managerial positions in HoReCa in Western Europe, UK and USA.
