OSA Project Manager


Leading Scandinavian environmental and recycling company Ragn-Sells is looking for a project manager who will hold the key position in a large scientific and industrial project which supports circular economy. Our goal is to create a unique process to treat oil shale ash, which will result in us being able to spare the environment, produce less CO2 and reduce the mining environmental impact.

You will LEAD lab and industrial-scale testing to prove and reason our concept economically. You will set targets, involve partners, take responsibility for the budget, apply for subsidies and licences; and interact with government and scientific institutions as well as with the public. The position will require relocating in Estonia and Scandinavia within the next 5 years.

Requirements

To succeed, you should HAVE excellent technical English and interpersonal skills; proven track record of leading 5 MEUR international projects, preferably experience in working with new industrial processes (technology demonstration, establishing 15 MEUR+ facilities), experience in process engineering. Education in process engineering, chemistry or equivalent. Estonian, Russian or Swedish skills are considered as an advantage.
