We are now looking for an Swedish, Danish or Norwegian speaking ACCOUNTING ADVISOR to strengthen our international accounting team in Tallinn as our customers are growing fast and their businesses are expanding internationally. The employment is full-time and permanent and will start as soon as possible. You can occasionally work from your home also – we offer very flexible remote working possibilities.

About your position

Our customers are strong growth companies, whose everyday lives consist of positive changes. You will work in close cooperation with our customers, supporting their business with the help of your financial expertise. We provide ONE STOP International Accounting Services to our internationally operating customers. This service concept offers our customers new and easy way to manage subsidiaries all over the world – with one service partner, and with one assigned team.

In this position you will take care of our customers’ international accounting, daily financials and consolidated reporting at whole. You will have various tasks of external accounting depending on the service promise of our customers. We will provide you a training for the differences in the legislation and financial procedures of the countries. You will also have your team member’s full support and the help of our local partners.

What kind of expert we are looking for?

The person we are looking for have previous work experience in group accounting and year-end closing. You should be very eager to develop your accounting skills further. You should also have strong commitment to customer service and co-operations skills. Our team’s performance shows high motivation for development and productivity and we expect the same from you. Our financial processes are also constantly developing through automation and robotics. Hence, we also hope you have excellent IT skills and the ability to embrace new systems and methods. According to the nature of international accounting work we value flexibility in working hours. You should also be able to work efficiently in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian working environment.
