Customer Service in Air & Ocean Freight

We are looking for a new colleague who will have a focus on the customers and their needs. You will be responsible for developing relationships with our customers and handling their bookings.

We are looking for you with strong knowledge of the market and who knows what it takes for us to be able to offer our customers competitive transport solutions. You take initiatives easily and drive relationships with customers. You bring a positive attitude to both work and customers.
As a person, we think you are positive, proactive, curios, creative and business-minded in your thinking. You are a team player as well as an individual contributor. You find it easy to build relationships and to make long-term relationships with your customers, colleagues and partners, all in the spirit of our company values; commitment, involvement, humor and joy!
Your written and verbal communications skills are great and you are fluent in Estonian, English and can communicate in Russian. You are a fast learner with good computer and IT skills. Previous shipping/logistics knowledge is required.
