Advertiser Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced advertiser development manager with a past experience in the mobile adtech industry is a MUST.

The Advertiser Development Manager is an individual contributor who will help drive new business by focusing on providing mobile user acquisition solution to advertisers

Responsibilities

• Sales Approach: Identify ideal leads, obtain new accounts and generate revenue to ramp up sales rapidly.
• Sales Coordination: Work with all relevant departments to successfully on-board accounts to ensure advertisers are serviced effectively.
• Sales Reporting: Conduct own sales strategy, manage salesforce pipeline reporting, provide market insight to drive revenue growth and product enhancement.
• Networking: Attend conferences, trade shows and key events as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ years sales experience in new business obtainment in the mobile adtech industry/affiliate marketing/performance marketing.
• Industry experience in online, mobile and direct response is desired.
• Proven experience in exceeding goals.
• Salesmanship: Great communication skills (written & oral). Must have ability to quickly build rapport with new prospects and convincingly communicate the core benefits of working with Mobinner. Must be able to conduct sales meetings (phone & in-person).
• Pipeline Management: Understand the difference between a lead and an opportunity to be able to accurately forecast using salesforce (CRM) tool. Must have the ability to move manage deals throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Track Record: Proven history of exceeding revenue goals and focusing on KPIs that drive revenue.
• Team Player: Ability to work with other team members within entire sales department.
• Resourcefulness: Having a “can do” attitude with the ability to find solutions to ultimately deliver results. Must be able to adapt to a fast changing market and rapidly growing company.
• Desire to win: Does what it takes to get the deal done with integrity. Thrives in a competitive environment.

Fluent English in both reading and writing is a MUST.
Past experience in the mobile adtech industry/affiliate marketing/performance marketing is a MUST.
