• Developing the high-level technical concept for features under work
• Maintaining the team's backlog by creating and prioritizing the work items
• Responsible for creating clearly defined features together with stakeholders
• Accepting the work items after their completion, following the high standards of
quality and agreed definition of done
• Developing the team's capabilities and competencies

• Relevant work experience in using Agile methods and tools
• University degree in software, automation, electrical engineering or equivalent field
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in the field of electric drives and embedded software
are a strong advantage
