Payroll Administrator,
Operations
with Finnish language

Work Tasks:
Perform payroll and HR data maintenance related processes for Finnish customers

Communicate with customers and other counterparts through CRM system and phone

Boost customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service

Take active part in process documentation and continuous improvements

Requirements

Experience in Finnish Payroll

Completed or started higher education

Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English language

Good knowledge of MS Office, working experience with SAP and CRM systems
Great communication and cooperation skills

High stress resistance, flexibility and ability to meet strict deadlines

Flexibility and focus on team work
