Job decription
The candidates we are looking for have excellent communication and listening skills, are very good problem solvers and like to help people. Customer Service Specialists answer customers’ questions by phone, e-mails and chat with the goal of ensuring a positive customer experience. The work is about providing Customer Service for Bosch and Siemens home appliance users to maintain appliances and help consumers to choose a new model to replace an old one.

• Willingness to help and solve requests;
• Fluent Norwegian, both verbal and written;
• Good command of English;
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Patience, friendliness;
• Previous experience in customer service will be considered as an advantage.
